Your continued support, enthusiasm, and love for good food have fueled our creativity in the kitchen and made each service a pleasure. From BBQs in the fellowship garden to lively dinners shared with friends and family, this summer was one to remember. Whether you were indulging in seasonal favorites or trying something new, your engagement and feedback inspired us to elevate each dish and deliver experiences worth savoring. This season, we’re proud to introduce:
Braised Oxtail – slow-cooked until tender, layered with deep, savory flavors perfect for cooler nights. Grilled Octopus with Kabocha Squash – a balance of ocean and earth, with sweet, nutty squash complementing the charred octopus. Potato Gnocchi with Truffles – soft, pillowy gnocchi infused with the aroma of autumn’s most luxurious ingredient. Sticky Toffee Pudding – our take on the classic dessert, rich, comforting, and just the right amount of indulgent.
