The following information is the result of input received at six Strategic Plan Advisory Committee meetings and input from Fort Worth Police Department personnel.

Exercises

SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) A SWOT exercise was conducted to help understand FWPD’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Over 850 total responses were obtained from the first strategic plan meeting, a budget committee meeting, and an online department-wide survey. Below are the common themes from the SWOT exercise.
