Representing Chanhassen, this 55+ singing group performs at various special events, care homes, and retirement communities throughout the year. 35 ACTIVE MEMBERS H ealth & W ellness , R esource A ssistance , & A ge W ell E ducation Tax assistance, tech help, Medicare updates, foot care clinics, vaccination clinic, Age Well workshops, health insurance counseling, caregiver support services, and yoga classes. 638 CLIENTS | 19 OUTREACH & EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS
