Nozzle tip cannot be altered in any way for the Gate Shell Insulator to perform properly 4. If dissimilar resins are to be processed in the same mold, it is recommended that their processing temperatures be within a similar range 5. For best results, the outer surface of the tip should be free from all resin before the Gate Shell Insulator is installed or used
