App: Selecting a Location and Running Inventory Counting Inventory at a Location and Submitting an Order [ Steps: 1 - 8 ] Tap ‘Count Inventory’ to begin.
To count inventory using the device camera, tap the ‘barcode’ icon (see Example A) and direct the device camera at the item’s barcode and press ‘Tap to Scan’. (Tap the ‘light’ icon to enable the device camera flash.) To count inventory manually, enter the proct number, manfacutre number or key word in the ‘search’ field, once the item appears select it. Once the product appears in the ‘QTY’ field, enter the current quantity available. Tap ‘Update’ to save the entry. Repeat steps 4 through 8 for each item until all inventory has been counted. Once all items are counted, tap ‘Checkout’ and proceed to place the order. Note: Tap the vertical three-dots to clear history to remove all products counted, as shown in Example B.
