Champlain Mayor Normand Riopel has submitted his candidacy for the offi- cial position of Warden of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) for the remainder of 2024. Public Safety and Enforcement officers issued April’s “positive tickets” to Juliana, 9, and Danek, 9, who demons- trated outstanding community spirit.
