Look closely at the need to plan, the most common planning techniques and the documents used in the planning process. Learn the difference between a will and a trust, probate, power of attorney for healthcare and financial matters and guardianship appointments. Presentation provided by Bentron Financial. Participate in a free Taste of Tai Chi class. Although this free trial class is offered at 12:45 pm on a Saturday at the Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center, the actual classes are offered during the week. This class has minimal instruction, allowing the student to just follow along to relax and focus on relieving stress, maintaining mobility, agility, health and vitality as well as improving balance and includes breath/energy exercises such as Neigongs, Chi Gongs and Circles. The benefits of Tai Chi are found at all levels and students may remain at Level 1 indefinitely. A Hearing Instrument Specialist from Connect Hearing looks in your ears to check for wax, provides education about hearing loss and performs a baseline screening.
