Baseball: PreK T-Ball • AGES 4-5 Your four or five-year-old (Starting Kindergarten in September 2023 and who turns four-years-old by the start of the program) can begin learning the “great American pastime” also known as baseball! Developing athletes learn how to hit a ball off a baseball tee in addition to developing catching, throwing and base-running skills. Weekly recreational games are played that demonstrate the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork. Practice sessions are 60 minutes long and held on either Monday or Tuesday. Games, which begin the week of June 8, are 60 minutes in length on Thursday or Friday at 6:00 p.m. (or at 7:00 p.m. if needed). Games might not be played at the practice location, but at a Divisional HUB. Two adult volunteer coaches are needed for each team.
