C’è il presente, c’è il futuro, ma soprattutto c’è la nostra storia. Un’azienda che ha oltre un secolo di storia, siamo nati insieme alla ristorazione italiana”.
e continua angelo “Negli anni abbiamo seguito e accompagnato gli chef adattando gli strumenti di cottura alle esigenze della ristorazione. Insomma nel mondo della ristorazione non ci sentiamo solo partner ma anche e soprattutto complici”. Today Baldassare Agnelli and his son Angelo, third and fourth generation of the family that runs the Company respectively, talk about the pot and describe its philosophy: “For us the pot means everything. It’s the present, the future and our history above all. A Company with a history longer than 100
years, we were born together with the Italian food service”. Angelo continues: “We followed the chefs over the years, tailoring the cooking instruments to the needs of the food service. We feel not only partners but accomplices of the food service world”.
