iv. If Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. chooses not to produce the original ColorInspire order then the sample order will be cancelled and the dealer will not be invoiced. • Due to the cabinet box requiring banding, Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. will send the Brand and Color Name of a proposed complementary edge banding for the front of the cabinet box. Banding Samples will not be sent. The cabinet banding will require the dealer approval sign off (ASR CI Form – A) before the order for the Aspire ColorInspire Sample Door will be processed. • Half of the ColorInspire sample will be available to ship to dealer nine business days after dealer’s cutoff date. This sample should be presented to dealer’s customer for review and approval. • The other half of the ColorInspire sample will remain at Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. for 120 days after the date stamped on the sample. • ColorInspire Acceptance Form with approval signatures of customers and dealer must be returned to Wellborn by dealer via electronic transmittal with cabinet order placement. The Acceptance form will be attached to the purchase order. If the color is not acceptable, a new sample must be purchased specifying a different color number. Wellborn Cabinet, Inc.’s ColorInspire program does not include a custom color match program. • ColorInspire sample expires 120 days after the date stamped on the sample. If an order is not placed within that time, a new sample must be purchased and the entire process, including the purchase of a new ColorInspire sample, must be repeated prior to placing a ColorInspire order. Step 3. Place ColorInspire Order • ColorInspire Acceptance Form must be submitted to the Direct Connect ordering system prior to order placement – NO Exceptions. • Order placement will occur following the receipt of the Acceptance Form at the dealer’s next order cutoff date. • Minimum of $500.00 Net cabinet order required. A minimum dollar order is not required for replacement part orders. • Ordering Procedures: i. Select the ColorInspire Finish Order Selection ii. The following information will be required on the ColorInspire Order. 1. Paint Manufacturer’s Name For Example: Sherwin-Williams 2. Paint Manufacturer’s Color Name For Example: Blue Bauble 3. Paint Manufacturer’s Order Code For Example: SW6948 4. ColorInspire Wellborn Sample ID Number For Example: CS000001 (will be supplied by Wellborn and applied to each half of sample) iii. The system will verify the information to the Acceptance Form information to ensure correct color is ordered. iv. Note: ColorInspire Touch Up kits are now available! We recommend ordering one or more CITUKITS when you place your order. • There will be a slight difference between the ColorInspire sample and the cabinet order. • ColorInspire Price: Add 25% to standard List price. • Replacement Orders: i. If a replacement part order is needed after 120 days from ColorInspire sample date, a new ColorInspire sample must be ordered. • Displays and Samples: i. Showroom Display orders will follow the current Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. Display Program guidelines. If you have any questions, contact your Account Manager for details. ii. Samples for showroom displays can be submitted for Co-op credit. This will require special approval from your Account Manager along with pictures showing them as part of your permanent showroom display. • Team Colors: i.
