You really can’t get that energy from anywhere else.” Having found a company where Brittany and her friends could find success and make a difference for their families, Brittany’s goals continue to expand. “My vision for the future is to have a million people making a difference for their families, whatever that plan is for them—whether that be saving money, swapping the toxins out of their home with some amazing products, or becoming financially stable—I will never stop telling the world what Melaleuca can offer.”
Six months after starting her business, Brittany Pollock attended her first Melaleuca Convention. A year later, she returned as an Executive Director 2. “Both times were just as powerful and just as necessary, and both have proven to grow my business,” she says. “If there were 12 Conventions a year, I would absolutely go every single month.” Eager to learn and driven to succeed, Brittany credits the motivation she receives at Convention for helping her business to grow. “I went to this last Convention as an Executive Director 2. Then I came home and our team exploded,” she says. “I just celebrated becoming an Executive Director 4 at ADVANCE in Chicago.” Achieving this kind of success was just not possible prior to her enrolling with Melaleuca. For Brittany, the fact that she could not only achieve her goals but also help others achieve theirs was a big draw when considering whether or not to embark on building a Melaleuca business. “Nothing compares at all to the last situation I was in,” she explains. “It was a constant buildup and then a crash every single month. None of my people could
