wants to make it easier, better, and more efficient for us, and that speaks volumes to me.” But the biggest surprise she had at Convention was a personal one. “One of my team members, Director 6 Lisa Whyte, is a public school teacher who doesn’t have paid time off, so she flew through the night to come to Convention,” Kayla says. “I didn’t know she was coming until she walked in and surprised me. That was probably one of the most earth-shattering Convention moments for me—the idea that someone would fly through the night to make it to Convention.” For Kayla, Convention was also a great opportunity to spend time with her team and see their enthusiasm grow for building their businesses. “Just to be able to spend all the time together—eating together, hearing their stories, hearing more about their lives. It was definitely amazing,” she says. “It was neat to see it through their eyes because every single one of them caught the vision of where they’re going and set their goals for the next 20–30 years, not just next week. They went home with their minds expanded.” Overall, Kayla’s experience at Convention 2024 reinforced what she already knew about the company. “Melaleuca is too good to keep to yourself,” she says. “You need to have the courage to share it with others because you have no idea whose life you’re going to change along the way.”
Kayla Roberts attended this year’s Melaleuca Convention expecting to hear inspiring stories, attend amazing trainings, and return home energized to continue building her business. But there were a few surprises in store for her as well. “Just when I thought things couldn’t get any better at Melaleuca, they announced the Legacy Program,” Kayla says. “This new program has changed everything about our lives. It makes you feel safe, safer than you already felt, so that was just mind-blowing.” Another pleasant surprise was the new Sei Bella ® Purple Shampoo . “I have been praying for a purple shampoo since the day I got here because, as a blonde, I had no other option but to use a national brand’s product even though it was full of toxins,” she explained. “So I cried in my seat when the Purple Shampoo was announced.” Kayla also expressed her gratitude for the new Grow app. “I absolutely love the Grow app—it is making it so easy for people to come and get plugged in to their business,” she says. “Most companies don’t want to make things easier on the workers— they want to make things easier on themselves.
