The Seven Elements of Wellness At Melaleuca, wellness isn’t a final destination. It’s a pathway to a better life and the journey to becoming our best selves. We believe that wellness is connected to all seven key areas of the human experience: mental, environmental, financial, inner, physical, intellectual, and social.

While mental and physical health are often viewed separately, the reality is that ALL areas of wellness are closely linked. Maintaining balanced mental wellness can impact your body in so many ways. Here are several ways to take care of yourself emotionally and physically: Get regular exercise. Yes, exercise can keep you physically fit, but it can also help improve your mood! Studies show that even a brief 10-minute walk may increase your mental alertness—leaving you feeling more energetic and in a good mood for the rest of the day. Eat a proper diet and supplement smartly. A diet high in fiber, quality proteins, and healthy fats that is also low in sugar and refined carbohydrates can make you feel better physically and mentally.
