Outdoor Resort Rules & Regulations Outdoor Resort Palm Springs is a community of privately owned RV sites. Some are available for lease when not occupied by the owners. All lots are privately owned, and rules and regulations are strictly enforced. Non-compliance will result in termination of rental agreement and expulsion from the resort with possible liability exposure and forfeiture of rents and fees. Size and Type of RVs Allowed in the Resort: Parking: • Street Parking is not permitted. • Maximum number of vehicles permitted on the lot is four, including the RV.

• RV Age Restriction for Rentals: Maximum 15 years or newer. • RV Length Restriction: Must be at least 24 ft in length. Travel Trailers are measured from the front wall to the rear wall, not including the tongue or bumper. • The following are NOT allowed in the Resort: -RVs with tip-outs -Hybrid campers/trailers -Truck campers -Cab-over campers -Tent trailers/pop-up trailers -Tents -Van conversions/Camper vans (Class B RVs) -Bus conversions -Park models or Park trailers -Destination/park trailers (also known as extended stay trailers) • Toy-Haulers are permitted, however, are restricted from opening rear doors or ramps within the Resort. • Off Road vehicles are not permitted to be driven or stored within the Resort. • If a car dolly is used, it must be stored under the RV at the rear of the lot and must not protrude out onto the grass. • Utility Trailers • Vehicles that display any advertising. • No additional storage is available on site. • RVs are measured by Security upon arrival. Any RV not meeting • You must fill out an RV Placement form upon entering the Resort. This form will be provided to you upon check-in or at the Security gate. • Detailed information on how to park your rig will be provided upon check-in. Visitors: • All visitors, guests and vendors must have a pass to enter the resort. Visitor and guest passes are processed by Security 24 hours a day. • Passes must be clearly visible in the windshield of the vehicle at all times. the above criteria will be denied entry. Setting Up Your Rig: • All RVs must be backed on to the site.

• Overnight parking for additional vehicles requires permission & a pass from Security (72-hour max dependent upon availability) • Parking on surrounding lots is not permitted unless the owner of the lot has provided written authorization to Security. Pets: • No more than two pets are allowed per lot • Pets are not permitted in any buildings or lots other than your own, common areas or on the golf course • ALL pets must be on a leash, no longer than 6 feet while walking or while tethered outside the RV which they are domiciled. • Dog relief areas are located next to the main laundry & as you exit the pedestrian gate to your left. • The Dog park is located on Ficus drive, between lots 643 & 644. • Please pick up and water down after your pet. Swimming Pools & Spas: • Pool Hours 6:00 am – 10:00 pm • No Lifeguards on duty • Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult. • Children’s pool available at the El Saguaro Pool area • Persons needing diapers MUST use non-absorbent swim diapers. • Please be considerate of others when playing music on the pool deck. Quiet Time: Quiet hours in the Resort are to be observed between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am. All RV’s must arrive by 9:30 pm in order to be granted access to the Resort. Any RV that arrives after 9:30 pm will not be permitted access to the Resort until 7:00 am the following day. Please plan accordingly. Barbecues: Charcoal, wood or wood product fires are NOT permitted. Propane, gas & electric barbeques, heaters and fire pits are acceptable.
