Resort Fees: The Resort fee is a mandatory fee established by the Board of Directors and is intended as an all-inclusive fee covering administrative, maintenance & security services. Also providing renters full access to the facilities and activities of the resort with the exception of the Owners only facilities. • $22/night per lot for all renters. • All renters including family members or friends using an RV or lot that is not owned by them are required to pay the resort fee. (No Exceptions) • The fee covers two golfers per lot, additional golfers pay golf fees as listed below. Wi-Fi Hotspots: • Complimentary WiFi hotspots are located at the La Palma clubhouse, El Saguaro clubhouse, and the Administration building. • Connect to Outdoor Resort, no password required, and accept the terms of use. Mail Pick Up Locations: • Lots 1-625 pickup mail from La Palma mailroom. • Lots 626-1213 pickup mail from El Saguaro mailroom. • Please include your lot number when having items mailed to you. • Mailroom window hours are Mon-Sat, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. • Mail can be picked up from boxes daily from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm with your mailbox key. Laundry Facilities - Smart card required: • Laundry facilities are located at each satellite area. • A larger, Main laundry facility is located near the Maintenance yard/ trash area. There are two machines dedicated for washing non-household items and pet bedding at this location only. • SMART cards can be purchased with a credit card at the Main laundry, or in the Administration Office. • Please keep laundry room doors closed.
Trash Services/Pick Up Services: • Regular trash pickup occurs Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun. • Green Waste pickup occurs Tues & Thurs. • Please place trash at curb by 7:00 am. • Placing trash out overnight is prohibited. • Additional trash disposal and recycle bins are located at the Main laundry. • Items including furniture, appliances of any size, carpet, mattresses, refrigerators, TVs, desks, beds, patio sets, hot water tanks, patio heaters, tires, are prohibited from being left at the dumpsters and require a prepaid disposal tag for pick up. Bulky items can be picked up for a fee of $50. Visit the administration office for more information and to schedule your pickup. Resort Amenities & Locations:

Fees Golf is included with the $22/day resort fee for a maximum of 2 registered rental guests per lot. Please see the fee schedule below for additional guests of owners and registered rental guests. ORPS Golf • November to the end of May, tee times can be made by contacting the Starter Shack at 760-328-3834 ext. 280 • June to October please contact the Administration Building to check in and pay fees.
• All golfers must check in at the golf shack before beginning a game. • Each player must carry their own clubs. • Tees must be used when teeing off. • Retrieve ONLY your own ball from lakes. • Rake bunkers, leaving rakes IN the bunker. • Keep all pull-carts/power carts at least 30 feet from tees, greens and bunkers. • Play “ready golf” keeping up with the flow of play. • SIX STROKE MAXIMUM on any hole. • Golfers younger than 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult golfer. • All lakes are played as lateral hazards. Use the nearest drop area no closer to the hole. One stroke penalty. *See scorecard for additional rules.

Acceptable Golf Attire • Ladies: Collared sleeveless shirts or sleeved T-shirts allowed. • Men: Collared shirts only.
• No flip flops or bare feet. • Golf sandals are acceptable.
