Fixed Lodging prices Fixed Lodging prices vary depending on accommodation type, location, time of year and whether the reservation is for a Member, AFM (Standard , Enhanced or Elite ) or Guest. Half (1/2) off discounts may apply (excludes special inventory; Subject to terms of the Member’s individual Membership Agreement). • Peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) reservations in Fixed Lodging require a two (2) night minimum. • Holiday weekends require three (3) nights (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) minimum reservation. • Premium inventory includes: Saginaw Bay: A-Frames 1-10 Rifle River: House Lake Shore: A-Frames 28-41, 9-99 Cabins 1-5 Lodges 11-13 Mt. Pleasant: A Frames 1-10 Grand Haven: House Kalamazoo: A-Frame 1 Park Models 3-11 Premium inventory is subject to change and is designated by Outdoor Adventures. Premium inventory pricing applies to select membership types. Pets Pets are welcome at our properties but are not allowed in all Fixed Lodging. Please be sure you choose a pet-friendly Fixed Lodging option when making a reservation. There will be an additional per night cleaning fee added to your reservation. Damages to Fixed Lodging from pets or those who have a pet in a non-pet unit may be subject to additional cleaning fees. Adult Family Members Designated Adult Family Members may reserve Fixed Lodging at Member’s Home Resort up to one (1) month in advance to arrival (Major holidays and special events reservations may be requested no sooner than 7 nights prior of the Friday night of when the major holiday or special event is being observed). Special Inventory Outdoor Adventures, Inc. may make available special inventory campsites or Fixed Lodging in which use privileges may be under separate guidelines and may not be available under all Membership Agreements. Additional special inventory is reserved/extended stay campsites as designated by Outdoor Adventures.
