CAMPER USAGE

Arrival & Checking In • Everyone MUST register at the store after setting up on site. • Guests are not permitted to enter the Resort for day use, overnight use or Fixed Lodging stay until their Member or Adult Family Members they are staying with has arrived at the resort. • Early check-in is not guaranteed. If your campsite or Fixed Lodging is not ready, we will ask you to wait in the parking lot. • Outdoor Adventures reserves the right to move a site reservation to another site for operational purposes when necessary. • The condition campsites are kept in is at the discretion of resort management, ensuring the best experience possible for all campers. • RVs must be in operable, movable, and in good working condition when camping at our resorts. Resort Managers have the right to deem an RV “not in good working order” in instances where RV fixtures are falling off or are in a state of disrepair. Checking Out • Campsites and Fixed Lodging will be clean when you arrive. Please do your best to pick up before leaving. Absolutely no throwing garbage or food in wooded areas. Do not leave trash in the fire rings. Pick up after any pets that are staying with you. Campsites and Fixed Lodging left in an uncleanly manner may be subject to penalties or fees. • If a Member, Adult Family Members or Guest checks out before their scheduled departure date for campsites and Fixed Lodging, they may be subject to penalties and/or suspension of use privileges (excluding instances of emergency situations). • You must adhere to the check-out times so that Resort staff have time to clean and perform any maintenance on the campsite or Fixed Lodging before the next camper arrives. Members may be subject to penalties and/or suspension of use privileges if they do not abide by check-out times. Vehicle Passes & Parking • Upon entering the Resort for the first time, you must stop at Security and present your Member ID and photo ID. You will receive a green tag to hang in your vehicle rearview mirror with details of your overnight stay. • Annual or daily vehicle permits will be required for all vehicles entering the Resorts. Members will receive two (2) free annual vehicle permits each year on their first visit. Additional vehicle permits will be available to purchase. See page 36 for current pricing. • Two (2) vehicles or two (2) golf carts are allowed on each site. • Vehicle usage may be restricted in the Resort, at times, due to certain activities and/or events throughout the Resort. This will ensure the safety of children and others. Prior notification of these events will be provided. • All vehicles must be operated by a valid driver’s license. Underage vehicle use is strictly prohibited. • The speed limit at all Resorts is 5 mph. All stop signs and other signs must be observed.
