Paddleboats, Paddleboards & Kayaks • The following rules have been put in place for the safety of our guests and our staff. Violation of these rules may result in forfeiture of use. • Equipment must be checked out by a primary Member with a driver’s license or ID card at the designated area. Members will also be asked to fill out a liability/consent form. • Children nine (9) to thirteen (13) years old may operate the water equipment alone as long as they are accompanied by an adult who is on the water as well. Children fourteen (14) to seventeen (17) years old ma- yuse water equipment without an adult present but cannot accompany anyone under fourteen (14) years old. The usage form for water equipment must be signed by the Member. • Guests eighteen (18) years and older must sign the form with Member to utilize water equipment use. • No jumping, diving off, or fishing off the boat docks. Go Karts • You must be at least 4’10” in order to drive go karts. If both driver and rider are over 4’10”, you may ride together. To drive with someone under this height and older than three (3) years old, you must be at least sixteen (16) years old. • Absolutely no bumping. • Stay off the guard rail. • The gas is on the right; the brake is on the left. • Always remain seated. In the event of a spin-out, remain seated. An attendant will assist you. • Fasten all loose clothing and long hair before entering the track area. • Always keep hands and feet in the cart. • Must wear close-toed shoes. • The following persons should not ride: Those who are pregnant, have back and/or neck ailments, or heart ailments. • Failure to follow the rules could result in injury to yourself or others. Drones • The operation of personal drones are generally permitted within the R esorts. Operators are required to notify the Resort Manager of intended use before operation and always refer to FAA guidelines ahead of time. Privacy of other Guests must be respected at all times. • Life preservers must always be worn by all on paddle boats and kayaks. • No horse playing; boats are not to be run into each other or into the docks.
