Parties & Group Events • Membership permits a maximum of ten (10) people including the Member, Adult Family Members and guests to be on the properties at any given time. • We don’t reserve spaces for private events. Refunds • We may occasionally experience outages including water, electric, cable, wireless internet and any other utilities that may apply. We may have to shut down the Resorts or other amenities for reasons beyond our control. No reservation or maintenance fee refunds or compensation will be given for any outages or any reasons beyond our control. • We do not refund due to weather (wind, hail, rain, etc.) or other instances beyond our control. Courtesy • Please be courteous to your neighbors and our staff. We reserve the right to maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the Resorts and have the right to eject without prior notice anyone who, in our judgment, creates a disturbance or nuisance, or deliberately breaks the rules. • Campers will be liable for any and all damages caused to property of the Resort. • Campers who do not abide by the check-out time could be subject to restricted use privileges. Photography • Commercial photography and videography is often conducted by Outdoor Adventures. You may appear in pictures or video that may be used in advertising, news reporting, or other activities regarding the resorts. Reservations at the Resort or a day use pass constitutes your consent for Outdoor Adventures to use any pictures or video it deems appropriate without payment, inspection or review. Membership Inquiries • Outdoor Adventures has prior membership types which are no longer available for sale but are grandfathered memberships with specific privileges in accordance with their Membership Purchase Agreement. • Some membership types are transferrable. In the event a member wishes to sell or surrender their membership, they are to refer to the language in their membership agreement and contact Member Services at 989-671-1125, option 2 or at memberservices@outdooradventuresinc.com.
