1995: Purchases Saginaw Bay Resort, formerly known as H&R Campground, in Standish 1996: Purchases Wilderness Resort, formerly known as Sunshine Valley Campground, in Omer 1998: Purchases Rifle River Resort, formerly known as Cedar Springs Campground, in Sterling 1999: Purchases Lake of the North Resort, formerly known as Lake George Campground, in West Branch 2001: Purchases the Home Office headquarters in Bay City and Lake Shore Resort, formerly known as Smoke Rise Resort, in Davison 2003: Purchases Lake Shore’s “North Shore Property” 2011: Completes construction on “Water Fun Zone” Waterpark at Lake Shore Resort 2013: Purchases Mount Pleasant Resort, formerly known as Shardi’s Hideaway, in Mount Pleasant 2014: Purchases Grand Haven Resort in Grand Haven
2015: Purchases “Landmark Plaza” and moves Home Office headquarters to downtown Bay City • Begins construction to add 160 full hookup, 50 amp campsites to Mount Pleasant Resort 2016: Purchases Kalamazoo Resort, formerly known as Spring Lake Resort, in Kalamazoo
• Completes construction on outdoor pool at Mount Pleasant Resort • Begins construction on 10 premium cabins at Mount Pleasant Resort
2017: Begins construction on 10 premium cabins at Saginaw Bay Resort • Completes pavement of roads at Mount Pleasant Resort 2018: Begins construction on 10 premium cabins at Lake Shore Resort
• Completes construction on store & bathroom renovations at Lake of the North Resort 2019: Begins construction on multi-phase expansion and upgrade of existing facilities at Kalamazoo Resort
• Completes electrical upgrade of the “Old Section” at Saginaw Bay Resort • Begins construction on the indoor pool facility at Lake Shore Resort
2020: Purchases Benjamin’s Beaver Creek in Gaylord
• Completes construction of indoor pool facility at Lake Shore Resort • Begins construction as part of multi-phase expansion to add 71 new, 50 amp campsites and completes construction of 10 premium park models at Kalamazoo Resort • Continues electrical upgrade of campsites at Saginaw Bay Resort
2021:
• Continues Kalamazoo Resort expansion project • Invested in significant upgrades and updates across all resorts • Completed electrical upgrade at Saginaw Bay Resort 202 2 : Completes electrical upgrade at Kalamazoo Resort making the resort 100% 50 amp service • Completes electrical upgrade at Benjamin's Beaver Creek Resort
