and Strategus, Brelyn Gibson. A salute to the Founders and Oath of Rededi- cation ceremony was observed. The evening concluded with a conversion to Klash Vol. II: A Black & White Af- fair. This combined a fast-paced fash- ion show featuring African American designers with seven acts, with musical interludes performed by a live band,
followed by a well-known regional DJ to close out the 67 th Southern Province Council. Brothers remarked at the tight pro- gramming and innovative flourishes to the Province Council and declared that they would enjoy coming back to Jacksonville, Florida in the future.
