Action Plan: Communication Protocols (communication in and out)
v In order to keep information correct and true the team should establish communication protocols internally and externally. v How will the Tribe communicate the new processes that they will be implementing to guest? v How will the Tribe communicate expectations to team members coming back to work? v Reporting mechanisms should also be apart of the communications processes. v How will the Tribe communicate to the public if there is a rise of cases at the property? v Is the Tribe in the communication loop of the community health professionals? v Many Tribes have developed incredible public service announcements and marketing campaigns out lining their newly adopted safety standards.

Action Plan: Internal Document Review
The team will need to review internal Tribal documents. These documents will possibly need to be updated or changed.
These documents will need to be reviewed page by page to ensure that they do not conflict with newly created safety standards.
