Agent volunteers required for HMRC research 12 October 2018
HMRC is looking for agents to volunteer to participate in some research relating to the agent journey about access to, and the use of, HMRC's submittable online forms.
The research is being conducted by HMRC during the week commencing 15 October 2018 and will help inform how HMRC design can be implemented to understand the needs of agents.
The research would consist of a confidential one-to-one session with a user researcher who will ask some questions and use screen mock-ups to present ideas. The session will take no longer than an hour and this session can be arranged remotely (online) so you will not need to leave the comfort of your office.
To gain wide and varied insight HMRC would appreciate volunteers from large, medium and small agent and Professional Bodies, and relatively new agents.
If you are interested in taking part, please forward your contact details as detailed below to the customer Engagement Team mailbox at forums.customerengagement@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk so that a convenient date/time can be arranged. Thank you.
