Allredi, LLC renews 35,000 s/f lease at 2100 Frost Rd., Keystone Park, Bristol Roddy Inc. brokers transactions totaling 57,000 s/f in Bucks County, PA B

UCKS COUNTY, PA — Roddy Inc. , the Bensalem industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently completed the following trans- actions in Bucks County: Roddy represented Allredi, LLC in the renewal of their 35,000 s/f lease at 2100 Frost Rd., Keystone Park, Bristol. Allredi was formed in early 2020 when two of the largest distributors in the blasting, coating, safety, and envi - ronmental industry, APE Companies and Marco Group International, joined forces.
