Fair Lakes community will be rebranded as Windsor Fair Oaks GID announces acquisition of 282-unit garden-style community in Northern Virginia
F AIRFAX, VA — GID , a real estate owner and fiduciary that invests in multiple asset classes, has an - nounced the acquisition of Ar - bors at Fair Lakes, a 282-unit, community located in Fairfax, which will be rebranded as Windsor Fair Oaks. The garden-style commu - nity has a rich assortment of lively amenities, such as a clubhouse, pool and sun - deck, 24-hour fitness center, dog park, tennis court, two outdoor grilling stations, a Thalhimer Multifamily expands portfolio by 1,000 units RICHMOND, VA — Thal- himer Multifamily (TMF) announced the addition of five new properties to its management portfolio. We extend a warm welcome to Hearthwood Apartments, Morningside Apartments, Shenandoah Commons, Southridge Apartments, and Mountain View Apartments, which now become part of the Thalhimer family. This expansion takes TMF into a new region of the Blue Ridge, encompassing Culpeper and Front Royal within our man - agement footprint. With this acquisition, TMF adds nearly 1,000 units and 25 new associates to its growing Multifamily division.
