The Automotive Technologies department provides practical training in purpose-built workshops, equipped with a variety of vehicles, and is supported by industry-experienced tutors. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming for an industry-recognised Level 3 qualification, our courses allow you to apply your newly acquired knowledge and skills on demonstration cars and motorcycles, ensuring a real-world learning experience. Our expert tutors - many of whom have worked as Master Technicians in high- profile industries, such as the British Touring
Car Championships - bring invaluable expertise to your learning. You’ll develop practical skills in vehicle repair, routine maintenance, and working with engines, tyres, brakes, electrical, and transmission systems.
