Whether you aspire to work in a local salon or spa, launch your own business, or specialise in advanced treatments, the opportunities in the barbering, beauty, and hairdressing industries are diverse and rewarding. Based in our purpose-built Elements salon, you’ll train in a real salon environment, working with clients under the guidance of industry- experienced tutors who have spent years perfecting their craft. As part of your training, you’ll also have the chance to represent the college in regional and
national competitions, attend masterclasses, and learn from expert guest speakers. For those just starting out, we offer courses from Level 2 Certificates, with pathways to specialist Level 3 Diplomas. Plus, for those already working in the industry, we provide a range of short courses - at no extra cost - focused on key professional skills, including business management, and workplace wellbeing. You can also benefit from specialist bespoke training, such as hair extension application - helping you stay a cut above the rest in this fast-moving sector.
