Terms and Conditions 1. Sale will start promptly at 1:00 (MST).
2. Sale Location: Lemmon Livestock Sales Ring, Lemmon, SD. Phone (605) 374-3877 or (800) 822-8853 3. The calves have been vaccinated with 7-way/Somnus, Mycoplasma, Bovi Shield Gold One Shot at pre- weaning, and at weaning boostered with Express 5/Somnus, Mycoplasma, and poured with Ivermax and CleanUP. 4. Anyone unable to attend the sale may bid online at CattleUSA.com or send bids to the auctioneer, or Sale Representatives. 5. Sales will be conducted according to the rules of the American Simmental Association. 6. Cattle will be at Lemmon for your inspection from Tuesday, February 24th. 7. Volume discount of 5% on three or more bulls and the purchase of 3 or more bulls eliminates the charge for option 2 below. 8. Registration papers will be provided on bulls to those buyers requesting them on sale day. 9. Option 1: Deduct $50 off the purchase price if you haul your bull home on sale day. 10. Option 2: For $50 above the purchase price, payable when you pay for the bull, XL Ranch will take your bull home and feed him until April 15th. We will then get him semen checked, and deliver him to your ranch in North or South Dakota. 11. Option 3: Send the bull home to XL Ranch on sale day and we will deliver him to your ranch within 2 weeks. 12. Free delivery to all points in North or South Dakota. XL Ranch will work with customers in other states to assist in delivery at the lowest cost possible. 13. The seller reserves the right to collect semen on any sale bull while keeping 1/3 ownership of semen rights. 14. The seller fully guarantees the sale bulls to the buyer’s satisfaction through August 31st of the first breeding season. See guarantee on page 3.
