Waterford Homes offers three in-person service appointments to each new homebuyer. Written warranty program. Waterford Homes is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. We provide the GAHBA's Home Buyer Handbook, which explains the warranties and outlines builder and homeowner responsibilities. In select neighborhoods only, Waterford Homes enrolls our homes in the Home Buyers Warranty Corporation 2- 10 Warranty. This is extended two-year limited warranty coverage for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems plus 10-year protection for qualified structural defects. This warranty is insured and automatically transferable if you sell your home during the first ten years after initial purchase.
