Atlanta, Georgia based Graphic Packaging Internation- al (GPI) has announced that Robbert Rietbroek has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2026. Rietbroek succeeds Michael P. Doss, who has served as the GPI’s President and Chief Executive Officer since

His unique combination of extensive CPG expertise and solid track record of delivering value-creating results positions him well to drive organic growth and world-class execu- tion, and deliver strong and steady free cash flow.” Separately, GPI announced that it will lay off an undis- closed number of employees in 2026 as part of a plan to cut costs by $60 million. GPI is working to offer employ- ment assistance and support to affected workers.
