YOUTH ATHLETES OF THE MONTH
Each month, the Sunrise City Commission recognizes City employees who go above and beyond, top teachers from Sunrise schools, and others whose stories inspire and engage—including youth athletes from Sunrise recreational, travel and instructional sports programs. Athletes are nominated by their coaches, selected by the City’s Leisure Services Advisory Board, and exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship, teamwork and academic achievement.
