Ballots can be dropped at the Ballot Box in the La Palma Post Office until 4PM Thursday, March 7.
If you did not receive your ballot, or if it has been lost or destroyed, see S USAN in the Board Room at La Palma for a replacement Ballot!
Additionally, the Inspectors of Election will accept your ballots
on Friday, March 8. Registration will begin at 10AM in the La Palma Auditorium and continue until 10:30AM when the polls will close and the Annual Meeting will be called to order. The Annual Meeting will immediately recess for the tabulation of the ballots, which will occur at La Palma, in the East Room. Owners may witness the counting and tabulation of the ballots. To insure anonymity of the voting, members must stand at least five feet away from the Inspectors of Elections during the tabulation process. The election results will be announced during the Annual Meeting which will be called back to order at 1PM.
