The Neville Center for the Performing Arts is an 851-seat perfor- mance venue housed at the historic Fox Theater in downtown North Platte, originally built in 1929. In addition to hosting commu- nity theater performances throughout the year the Neville Center also shows movies on Fridays and Saturdays and host’s children’s workshops during the summer. The Fox Theater is on the National Register of Historic Places as a fine example of the “Picture Palace” style and incorporates elements from a variety of architectural styles. If you’re looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a rich history, then this is the place for you.
