Loughborough University is seeking to appoint a Project Manager to lead a diverse range of campus development projects. Loughborough University is consistently placed highly in the guides and league tables on UK Univer- sities. This is in recognition of its strength as a research-intensive university which also provides an exceptional student experience. Notably the University has been recognised as the best university in the world for sports-related subjects. The University’s main base is a superb 523 acre single-site campus that offers great facilities for students, staff, partners, and visitors. With an estimated estates investment programme of c. £200m over the next 5 years, the University is seeking to appoint a Project Manager to join its Estates team. Working within a high-performing team of Project Managers, this is key role that takes responsibility for developing, defining, procuring and managing a diverse range of refurbishment, maintenance and new building projects across the University’s diverse estate portfolio.
