Core Skills
• Comprehensive understanding of me- chanical and electrical systems and best practice to optimize plant and other sys- tems • Understanding of statutory compliance requirements, particularly relating to Life Safety Systems, Public Health and LOLER as well as other key estate responsibilities. • A recognised qualification or equivalent relevant experience in an electrical, me- chanical or building services engineering discipline • A good knowledge of Building Manage- ment Systems • Good knowledge of M&E maintenance processes • Excellent standard of written English and highly numerate with the ability to carry out complex numerical analysis
