Her consultation process is rooted in planning and communication. Knoll works closely with clients and contractors to ensure that cabinetry, materials, built-ins, finishes and construction details align with the client’s needs and the overall vision. By establishing priorities early and considering both function and cost-effective material choices from the start, clients can avoid feeling overwhelmed. For homeowners beginning their first kitchen or bath renovation, Knoll’s advice is simple: start with a solid plan. In her view, thoughtful planning is what keeps a renovation focused, efficient and on track, allowing the result to feel as beautiful as it is practical.

Anderson’s design philosophy centers on timeless, minimalistic and organic. She works to create spaces that reflect the client’s style and the time period of the home while still feeling current. Her minimalistic approach is not about stripping away personality, but about allowing each material and feature to breathe. She often encourages clients to choose one element they truly love and build the design around it, rather than allowing too many details to compete for attention. Her organic influence comes through in her appreciation for natural textures, shapes and views. When possible, Anderson likes to bring the outside in, creating a calm, spa-like feeling that makes a bathroom or kitchen feel restorative and elevated. She understands the appeal of a space that feels like a beautiful hotel but still functions for everyday life. Her consultation process is grounded in clarity, trust and balance. Anderson helps clients explore options that align with their taste while offering professional guidance on what will remain timeless long after trends have faded. She is especially mindful of helping clients avoid the feeling of “too much,” where individual selections may be beautiful on their own but overwhelming when placed together. For homeowners beginning their first renovation, Anderson encourages gathering feedback from friends and family but not letting outside opinions take over. In her view, the final space should still feel deeply personal. Her goal is to help clients choose what truly speaks to them, resulting in a renovation that feels lasting, stunning and unmistakably their own.

Erika Clark brings an approachable, detail- oriented perspective to her role as a Design Consultant. With a strong background in the flooring industry, she has spent years working closely with homeowners, designers and builders to guide selections that balance style, durability and function. Her experience gives her a practical understanding of how materials perform over time, while her genuine love for design allows her to help clients create spaces that feel personal, comfortable and beautifully considered. Clark approaches design through a lens of intentionality and curiousity. For her, strong design begins before any selections are made. She believes the most meaningful recommendations come from asking the right questions, understanding the client’s vision and considering how people want to feel in their new space. Her approach is especially rooted in intention. Every recommendation should have a purpose, whether it supports aesthetics, functionality, budget or long-term value. She helps clients consider not only what looks good today, but what will continue to support their home, habits and comfort in the years ahead. That thoughtful process is what makes Clark’s work feel personal and intuitive. She is constantly observing how people live and connect with their environments, staying open to unexpected inspiration while keeping each client’s goals at the center. Her consultation style is supportive and grounded, giving clients confidence as they navigate the many choices involved in a renovation. For homeowners starting their first kitchen or bath project, Clark’s advice is to think first about how the space should feel and function before focusing on finishes or trends. By prioritizing long-term comfort, daily use and thoughtful decision-making, she helps clients create spaces that feel both beautiful and deeply purposeful. g

Alexxus Anderson

Alexxus Anderson brings both creative vision and construction knowledge to her role as Showroom Manager and Interior Designer. Raised in Mendocino County, Anderson went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in design from UC Davis before building her career in Sonoma County, where she has become specialized in kitchen and bathroom design. Her path to design began with a change in direction. While studying pre-med at UC Davis, Anderson realized she wanted a career that allowed for more creativity and enjoyment. Design offered that shift while still giving her the problem-solving elements she appreciated. Today, she sees kitchen and bath design as a balance between beauty and function: fitting a client’s personal aesthetic into a space that also supports the way they live.
