Announcements: A supplemental update sheet will be available on sale day. All announcements made from the auction block take precedence over printed matter in this sale book. Terms & Conditions: Cattle will sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association. Interest: Buyers receive full possession and salvage value of the bulls. DE-SU Angus will retain one-third revenue sharing and semen interest on all bulls. Discounts: In an effort to show our appreciation for your business, we will be offering volume discounts as follows: 5% on 5-9, 6% on 10- 14, 7% on 15-19, or more and 8% on 20 or more bulls purchased under single ownership. Volume discount only applies to bulls purchased at $5,000 or above. Guarantee: All bulls have passed a complete BSE test and have a negative fecal Johnes test. Purchase prices over $5,000 carry a 90-day breeding season guarantee. The guarantee doesn’t apply prior to and after breeding season nor does it apply to the death of the bull, nor does it cover mismanagement, poor nutritional care and/or neglect. Bulls must be checked by a veterinarian with a written report on the injured bull sent to us. We will provide a replacement bull if available or if preferred credit towards a bull in an upcoming sale will be given minus $3,000. Buyer keeps all salvage value of the injured bull. Please notify us as soon as possible after injury. All claims must be made by October 1, 2026. Liability: All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk; we assume no liability for property damage or accidents that may occur.
