Prior to joining us she had already completed extensive work behind a horse and has continued to build on that experience. She is a genuine cast-out dog that will travel to locate cattle and bring them back from difficult country. In heavy cover she will confidently use heel bite and, when required, has the strength and determination to work the head to get the job done. With established sides, stop and recall, Gillie is a practical station-type dog suited to producers looking for an experienced worker capable of handling tougher country and challenging cattle.
