SALE INFORMATION
1. The auction will be conducted by representatives of Shepherdson & Boyd PTY LTD. Normal auction conditions will apply using the number system. 2. All intending buyers must register before the auction and display their number when making a successful bid. AuctionsPlus participants need to register with AuctionsPlus, and complete a buyer registration. 3. Buyers not registered will be unable to purchase and the dog will be re- auctioned. 4. Terms are strictly payment on the day with Cash, Cheque or Eftpos or pre- arranged Agent account. Buyers must settle their accounts immediately post sale. Dogs will be handed over on the presentation of a receipt. If purchased on AuctionsPlus, it is the buyers responsibility to organise freight of the dog. 5. Shepherdson & Boyd will hold dogs “Passed In” for an hour after completion of the auction, to allow negotiations between auctioneer and the under bidder. 6. The organiser of the event will adjudicate any disputes or problems which may arise on the day. 7. Conditions of the event are included on the Information & conditions of Entry sheet forwarded with entry forms. Copies are available at the office and on the website. 8. While all care and attention has been taken in relation to the accuracy in compiling this catalogue neither the vendors, or selling agents (Shepherdson & Boyd PTY LTD) take responsibility for the correctness or interpretation of information included in this catalogue. TERMS & CONDITIONS INSURANCE All dogs are the responsibility of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer. DELIVERY : Delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser. No dogs are to be released to the purchaser until the completion of the sale and after advisement of receipt of payment from Shepherdson & Boyd. AUCTION Will commence at 2:00pm on Saturday 11th July 2026 and will be conducted under the ALPA terms & conditions. PRE BIDDING is available via AuctionsPlus online. REGISTRATIONS Registration is required on sale day at the Shepherdson & Boyd office on site. A buyer Number System will be in operation for the sale. Therefore all prospective purchases are required to register prior to the commencement of the sale. ONLINE BIDDING Online bidding is available via AuctionsPlus, please make sure you have registered as a bidder via their website www.auctionsplus.com.au a minimum 48 hours prior to sale day. GST All lots are sold exclusive. GST will be added for applicable lots at invoicing. PAYMENT Payment is due on sale day via Direct Deposit, Cash or EFTPOS, unless prior arrangements have been made with selling agents Shepherdson & Boyd via the office on 07 5423 1284, no later than 1pm Friday 10th July 2026. If booking to an agent, a letter of introduction MUST be received no later than Thursday 9th July 2026 to office@shepboyd.com.au
