CCIM Community Service Day: Helping Out at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore Thursday, October 12th; 8:30am - 3:30pm ReStore West Norriton (533 Foundry Road, West Norriton PA 19403) One of the chapter's objectives is to have a positive impact on our communities. Our organization is looking for volunteers to participate in our community service day on October 12th ! Volunteers will head to West Norriton PA's Habitat for Humanity's ReStore. The day will feature moving furniture, helping to unload the ReStore donation trucks, sorting/testing/prepping items, measuring doors/ windows/carpets and helping customers with items out of their cars. Lunch with follow at a local restaurant for those volunteers who are interested. Don't miss this opportunity to lend a hand and bond with your fellow chapter members! PA/NJ/DE CCIM Dealmakers The team of Riley Halloran, CCIM and Robert Jacoby successfully structured and closed a $10,350,000 in bridge financing for an office/flex building in Montgomery County PA. The complex consists of 130,000 square feet located east of the Lansdale interchange of 1-476, the northeast extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
