FOSTERING CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION IN HYBRID AND REMOTE TEAMS Building a creative and innovative team requires trust, agility, quick decisions and collaborative processes. This becomes even more challenging when the team is distributed across various locations. As companies increasingly adopt hybrid and remote work models, fostering creativity and innovation remains crucial. This session aims to help maintain a team culture that promotes creativity and innovation, regardless of physical location. We will explore the components needed for creativity within a team, the hurdles encountered in remote and hybrid work settings, and provide recommendations and best practices from both research and experience on how to overcome these challenges to foster innovation.
