Recapture the connected learning objectives/topics for this lesson in the evaluation (i.e., feedback to the Course participants) on completion of the rescue exercise efforts with a focus on: a. Positive feedback b. Improvement proposals and alternative solutions c. Course participants' reflections on what specific elements in their own WTG environment/practice differ from the training scenario environment (to visualize and enhance learning transfer) d. Course participant's risk mitigation during the exercise e. Course participants manual handling risk mitigation and application of further control measures The Instructor shall guide and support the Course participants with applying:

a. Manually operated lowering and raising systems. b. Fall protection backup of injured person, if required.

Stress the generic approach to teaching the use of rescue equipment in this lesson focusing on the similarities and differences in design, functionality and operation between different products Explain the potential task placed upon the course participants in their own organisations on course completion, requiring them to familiarise themselves with other rescue equipment products

Course participants shall, in a team:

Explain how to identify and control the specific hazards/risks in the WTG during the rescue operation, by covering the following a. Hazardous energy sources (mechanical, electrical, pressurized systems - i.e., LOTO) b. Enclosed space areas c. Poor lighting conditions d. Dropped objects e. Poor manual handling f. Temperature/Working conditions (dehydration, heat stroke, exhaustion) g. Injured person suspension trauma (repetition from GWO WAH put into an advanced rescue context) h. Slips and trips
