Executive Summary

We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to join our Estates Planning and Development team. You will need to be a highly motivated, organised and capable individual to support the delivery of a wide range of capital projects, exceeding £500k in value, from inception through to post-completion across the University’s substantial and varied property portfolio. The successful candidate will have gained recent experience in a project management role with responsibility for managing refurbishment, redevelopment, and new build projects. We are seeking a customer-focused individual who has excellent interpersonal skills and the stakeholder skills required to lead internal stakeholder groups as well as a number of external delivery partners.
