King's College London - Project Manager

The Estates Planning and Development team are the dedicated team delivering the major capital projects for the University. These are predominantly new buildings, refurbishment and alteration projects across the University’s campuses. The Estates Planning and Development team is an in-house team of design and construction project professionals, focused on the delivery of construction led projects, masterplanning and property development. The project portfolio is hugely varied in type and scale, generally ranging from £500k to tens of millions; encapsulating small refurbishments, developing new or refurbishing whole buildings. They also deliver a multitude of facilities in support of our goals, whether they be educational and collaboration space, office, residential, life sciences, healthcare, or scientific and engineering research. The Estates Planning and Development team also work with the broader directorate to ensure projects support the university’s goals for long-term sustainability and inclusion, for the benefit of staff and students, for the wider community, both locally and internationally. We are currently embarking on master-planning across our campus sites which will support the future development strategy of the university and generate a programme of estate renewal through capital delivery.
