Townhome listings in the Burnaby South market area in January (at 55) were down 1.8% from last month but 20% above last year. The 20 townhome sales were 5% higher month-over- month and 186% above January 2020. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 36%, as Burnaby South’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in January was $802,100, 0.7% higher month-over-month and 4% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $844,229 (5% above December) with an average PSF sales price of $696 (up 8% vs December).
