The 77 detached sales in January represented a decrease of 25% from December but were 97% higher vs January of last year. Coquitlam’s sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 39% as the detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in January was $1.32M, 2% higher vs last month and a 13% increase year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.57M in January, up 3% vs last month and 19% higher vs last year.
