The number of condo listings in Langley, at 298, increased 12% month-over-month and rose 2% vs last year. January’s condo sales, at 99, were 2% below last month but 120% higher vs this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 33% in January, as Langley’s condo segment remained a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in January was $406,100, up 1.4% from December and 5% above January 2020. The average sold price was $431,546 (a 4% increase from December) with an average PSF sales price of $476 (0.8% below December).
