The 47 detached sales in January were 41% lower vs December but were 96% above January 2020. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 32%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment remained a seller’s market. The detached benchmark price in January was $1.72M—up 1.2% month-over-month and 12% above this time last year. The average sold price was $2.10M in January, 14% above December but 3% lower year-over-year.
