At 68, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver was 1.4% below last month and 17% lower vs January 2020. The 36 townhome sales in January were down 5% from December but 227% higher vs January 2020. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 53%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. January’s benchmark price was $1.02M, increasing 1.1% from December and 8% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $1.14M (5% above December) while the average PSF sales price was $724 (a 4% increase from December).
