The 55 detached listings in Squamish in January were up 22% compared to December but 27% below January 2020. January’s detached sales (at 19) decreased by 32% month-over-month but rose 58% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in January decreased to 35%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. At $992,300, the benchmark price for detached homes was 3% below December but 0.5% higher vs January 2020. The average sold price of $1.23M was 6% below December and 0.6% lower vs January 2020.
